Find your Passion ~ Go on an Adventure ~ Live your Life.

It has been too long since I have posted any wonderful adventures. Currently I am on the ride of my life. I have decided to jump head first into building my deep passion into a business. My fasciation and passion about muscle function and facial wellness began with a spark of inspiration in my youth. I never really considered making a career out of it. I finished high school and went onto obtain a degree in college that was light years away from this childhood fasciation. I am a firm believer things happen for a reason and the map that brought be full circle back to this passion is long, rather rocky but nothing short of beautiful. As so many passions in my life have taught me that moments of letting go really are the moments that you are truly living. Just as I jump off a cliff on skis or fly over a fence on my horses I decided that now was the time to put that motto into the professional side of my life to really build a life worth living.

So I did leap and sometimes it feels like I am falling faster than I have repelled off a bridge and other moments I feel as though I am flying high over a fence on a jumper course but I believe the journey is beautiful and quite an adventure.  My goal in life is to make a difference, to ease pain, to bring comfort, to heal and empower those people and horses that have taught me so much about myself. Every time I touch a horse to promote wellness, to heal, to bring comfort, find solutions, in turn they do the same thing for me. Every day I spend helping horses and their owners find solutions they help me too.

If I listen they show me new ways to improve muscles, enhance performance and improve comfort. I hear from so many clients about wonderful results, improved soundness, enhanced performance that it inspires me to learn and discover new ways of providing bodywork that produces results. Soft tissue is a fascinating part of the body it comprises over 60% of a horses body weight. Sharon May Davis says it best Bones are a slave to the muscle—they can only move in the way the muscle tells it to.” To heal the muscle is to heal the whole body. My goal is to achieve balance in movement. I want horses to have the freedom to move so they have the power to perform. Please visit me on www.equestriansolutionswellness.com and like us on Facebook. To those that have a dream I dare you to take a leap and follow it. My motto: Be Bold, Be Free, Be Truthful. Venture On ~ Alisa
